• misuse the Service in any way that could harm ResolveOS or other users.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time to protect the Service, our users, or to comply with legal requirements.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant ResolveOS a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ResolveOS or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as authentication and messaging providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESOLVEOS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResolveOS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
